Broker of Record Takeover Accounts |
2.5% of monthly paid premium on effective date of Agent of Record assignment. At group renewal, paid according to the base commission schedule. | |

Commissions are paid on enrolled accounts currently in effect to the agent who has secured an Agent of Record Letter, under the terms and conditions of the Agent Agreement |
