Our flexible benefit designs are available on a fully-insured or self-funded basis.
HealthPlus HMO The HealthPlus HMO is one of America’s top-rated plans, offering economical choice with the comprehensive benefits employees appreciate. Members choose a primary care physician (PCP) to provide and arrange for health services, including referrals to specialists. Members are also encouraged to get routine physicals and other preventive services, which may result in early intervention and proper management of illness or disease.
HealthPlus POS The HealthPlus Point-of-Service plan provides the benefits of our HMO-comprehensive PCP-directed care and routine preventive services at a lower copay, with the added feature that employees can self-refer to any provider. The self-referral option will require higher member copayments.
HealthPlus PPO HealthPlus PPO, our smarter, better PPO plan, blends freedom and choice with the routine preventive care benefits that made HealthPlus famous. Members may use our state-wide or national network of participating providers, or they may choose to see a non-participating provider that will incur an increased cost for out-of-network services.
HealthPlus High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) Our qualified High Deductible Health Plans can be aligned with a Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), or Flexible Savings Account (FSA). These plans empower employees to become better consumers of health care services. While HDHPs continue to provide first-dollar coverage for routine preventive services, employees will share greater responsibility in the cost of other services through deductibles and copayments.
